1. Overview
AI Queue Master is a browser extension that automates the submission of prompt queues on AI chat platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok. This Privacy Policy explains what data the extension accesses, what is stored locally, and what is handled by third-party services.
Short version: your prompt data, queues, and images are stored entirely on your own device and never transmitted externally by AI Queue Master. Billing and licensing are handled by ExtensionPay, a third-party payment processor, which has its own data practices described below.
2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
AI Queue Master stores the following data locally using chrome.storage.local:
- Prompt queue content: the text of your prompts and queue names.
- Image attachments: images attached to prompts, stored as base64-encoded data URLs.
- Queue execution state: current status of queues and tab assignments.
- UI preferences: settings such as whether the floating status badge is visible.
All of the above is stored exclusively on your device. It is never uploaded to any server operated by Axinofy or any third party.
3. Billing and Licensing Data (ExtensionPay)
AI Queue Master uses ExtensionPay to manage free trials, subscription billing, and lifetime license verification.
When you start a trial, subscribe, or purchase a lifetime license, ExtensionPay creates a user account linked to your Google account or email address, processes payment information through Stripe, stores your subscription status, trial start date, and payment history on ExtensionPay servers, and communicates your license status to the extension so it can enable or restrict features accordingly.
AI Queue Master does not receive or store your payment card details. Those are handled entirely by ExtensionPay and Stripe.
4. Data We Do Not Collect
AI Queue Master and Axinofy do not:
- Collect or transmit your prompt content or queue data.
- Store any data on Axinofy servers.
- Use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics.
- Access your AI platform accounts. The extension automates actions on pages where you are already logged in.
- Sell or share your data with any party beyond what is described in Section 3.
5. Permissions Used and Why
storage
Saves queues, prompts, images, and settings locally on your device.
tabs
Detects which open browser tabs are running supported AI platforms and monitors tab lifecycle events.
activeTab
Accesses the currently active tab metadata when you assign it to a queue.
scripting
Injects the automation script into ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok pages after you activate the extension feature.
sidePanel
Opens the queue management interface as a Chrome side panel.
Host permissions for chatgpt.com, claude.ai, grok.com, and grok.x.ai
Required to read and modify the DOM of these pages to inject prompts and detect AI response completion.
6. Third-Party Services
ExtensionPay
Used for free trial management, subscription billing, and lifetime license verification. ExtensionPay collects account and payment information as described in Section 3.
Stripe
ExtensionPay payment processor. Stripe handles credit card and payment data. AI Queue Master does not directly integrate with Stripe.
AI Platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok)
Used as automation targets. AI Queue Master does not interact with these platforms APIs. It automates actions the user would perform manually in the browser.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Local data
Persists in chrome.storage.local until you delete individual queues, clear the extension local cache via Settings, or uninstall the extension.
Billing data
Managed by ExtensionPay. To delete your ExtensionPay account or request data removal, contact ExtensionPay directly through extensionpay.com.
8. Children's Privacy
AI Queue Master is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the Last updated date above and provide notice through the Chrome Web Store listing page where appropriate.
